Hi Everyone – welcome to 2012.

This year I am going to upload a training series for prophecy & healing on YouTube under the email address This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

I should have the 1st message uploaded by the end of January.

Let me update you on some things that have happened already this month as I have been to a pastors’ conference in Yangon, Myanmar and to a Victorian gathering of Apostolic Youth Leaders from all over Australia.

The 1st meeting I ministered was at Acts Bible College on Saturday 31 Dec. 2011. The overseeing pastor was healed of an elbow problem. A young man had a bad throat. He felt the heat of the Holy Spirit touch him there and he was healed of all associated symptoms. Another man who had played guitar during praise, had bad shoulder pain and had not had full movement in that shoulder for years. God fully healed him.

On the Sunday morning at our apostolic Vision Ministries church, several testified of healing. 1 lady had bad pain for 6 years – God set her free in a moment. A prophet from the Chin state was healed of neck & shoulder problems. He said that as I was releasing the Healing Power of God in the Name of JESUS, He saw a dove sit on my shoulder. Then my words turned to shafts of light & people were healed. Pastor Lian later told me that virtually everyone who was prayed for that morning was healed.

The pastors conference (between 300-400 people) was for 5 days, Monday thru Friday. Around 90 healings were received. The 2 most notable were: (i) One of our Australian speakers, Pastor Henry Henare, responded to my Word of Knowledge re pain in the upper thigh/ hip area. He was instantly healed of a problem he had had for 30 years. (ii) During our prayer time after my message on the Tuesday, the team scattered around the room to pray for the sick. An older lady (in her 70’s) had frozen knees. She had to be helped up & down when she wanted to stand or sit. Brett commanded her knees to be healed. Pastor Valerie told her to “Rise Up & Walk” ... and she did. I saw her an hour later with the BIGGEST smile on her face. She was a little wobbly after using her cane for so long – but I did not see her use it again after that prayer. HALLELUJAH.

The rest of the conference and ministry the following weekend were also blessed and anointed by the Lord for His Own glory.

The team who served the nearly-100 orphans there did an amazing, multi-faceted and exhausting job. I am sure the rejoicing of both the orphans and the team members was heard back in Australia.

At my prophetic session this week with the national Youth leaders (about 40 of them), many ministered in an amazing flow of revelation as I put them in pairs. When I asked who had received a word from God from their partner – virtually every hand went up.

When I asked who had felt the leading of the Holy Spirit as they prophesied to their partner – virtually every hand went up again.

I asked how many had never given a prophetic word to anyone else. 5 came forward. They all got a word for someone sitting in that room. We were all blessed by what happened with the final young man. He had a simple message - “don’t worry”. BUT he just couldn’t discern who it was for. So, I got him to extend his arm & wave it across the group a few times. I said when you feel led to stop, just stop and the word will be for the person your arm is pointing to when you stop. Finally, he stopped in front of Georgie.

After we gave her the word (extended somewhat by me), Georgie said: I knew it was for me, because every time your arm moved across me, the Holy Spirit touched me.

We all shouted Hallelujah a few times during the night, as the Holy Spirit moved. The greatest praise was right near the end, when I spent a short time teaching on the Word of Knowledge. We only had time to pray for 3 people, because it was a 4-hour long meeting that ended around 11pm.

Jules stopped limping. Manuel’s shoulder movement was restored. BUT we all shouted God’s praise when Chelsea said I can SEE what I couldn’t see before. God restored a SIGNIFICANT level of sight to her. An orange sign suddenly revealed the black words that were on it. Previously it had just been a big blotch of colour. Also she could read some words on the whiteboard that she could not discern before. HALLELUJAH. Jesus is LORD. To HIM be all glory & honour, forever.

Welcome to the website of Bayside Christian Family Church!

(Past welcome videos can be found  here and all our website videos here...)

Whether you're here for the first time or you're a regular part of the family, we trust you will find some helpful information on this site.  And of course, we would love to meet you in person too!

The message of Jesus is not tired or dated; it's exciting and relevant. Jesus came so that we may have and enjoy life, and have life in abundance (John 10:10).

Jesus is why we exist as a church; He has the power to give us hope and a secure future and enables us to live for a purpose beyond ourselves.

At Bayside Christian Family Church, we have a vision to be a loving, life-changing, large, pentecostal, mother church in the beautiful Brisbane Bayside area of Wynnum-Manly.

We want people to find peace with God, develop strong relationships with one another and connect with our community.
